Wide margin stakes winner gets Save Big Money off to a flyer

Bred in Oklahoma by Center Hills, which stands Save Big Money for $2,000, Mama’s Mad Money drew clear to win the 5.5 furlong stakes – worth $43,526 to the winner – impressively by 3 1/4 lengths for trainer Timothy Martin and owners Big Sugar Racing. She is a half-sister to stakes winner Tlaquepaque and out of the Yankee Victor mare Dynamic Delux, who was purchased by Schumer Bloodstock for just $16,000 at the 2007 OBS October Sale.

A multiple stakes-placed runner of over $230,000 who set a track record at Keeneland, Save Big Money was sold to stand at Mighty Acres in Oklahoma in a deal brokered by Chad Schumer. By Storm Cat, he is a brother to top miler Mr Sidney, who was recently represented by his first winner in France.
